LPN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care and assessments under RN supervision

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Perform wound care and skin assessments

  • Monitor and document patient health, fluid intake/output, and vital signs

  • Supervise CNAs and delegate duties appropriately

  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and families

  • Ensure regulatory and care standards compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN license in Missouri

  • BLS/CPR certification

  • 1+ year experience in SNF or LTC

  • Strong observation and documentation skills

  • Able to lift 50 lbs and support patient mobility
